Optimizing Pharmaceutical Research Resource Allocation (OPRRA) Software
Decision Analysis Software for Today's Pharma Executive Needs
OPRRA assists decision managers and corporate executives in making decisions on rates of resource allocation during the discovery, or pre-clinical, phase of pharmaceutical research so as to improve profitability. It was created by Oxford Professor John C. Gittins and his research team, with most recent additions and updates by his final doctoral student, Dr. Anne-Marie. They are also the creators of the GO Risk Measures. More information can be found at www.goconsult.info and www.gorisk.info.
POWERFUL TOOLS TO HELP YOU MANAGE YOUR INVESTMENT INTERESTS
MANAGE
More effectively manage your resources with OPRRA's sensitivity analysis calculations using simulation techniques.
PLAY
Use the GO Risk Measures to play with and quantify your risk levels given various allocation plans.
OPTIMIZE
Investigate allocations for individual projects and then fit single project allocations together to give a plan for a portfolio. For single project plans, optimize the allocations for given types of policy and for given profitability criteria. For portfolios, use the allocations which make individual projects profitable to investigate a series of possible allocation plans.
EXPLORE
Explore the consequences of different possible allocation plans in terms of their overall effort requirements, their profitability, and their varying degrees of risk.
ANALYZE
Use stochastic sensitivity analysis to probe and analyze the consequences of parameter uncertainty.
